Poker Tables - Poker Table Top - Texas Holdem Poker Tables
This is shaped different than the
Erich Lindgren Poker Card Cover and it's diameter is about twice the area of a regular poker chip. The feel of this is great and I receive a lot of compliments about this Poker Card Protector from my poker friends. The metal along the edges does happen to be exposed, however the enamel interior is guarded by some type of plastic with a rubber sensation which gives this product a heavy and secured feeling to it that you will come to appreciate. I figured one of these
Card Protectors would be a nice anniversary gift for my girlfriend. As far as size does think about the diameter of a quarter, double that size and that's about what you will have with this.

These playing cards still work after playing them for years like the
Copag Bridge Size Jumbo Index Iluminura Black and Gold Setup cards do. These cards are flexible and still look new just like if they came right out of the box. The bridge sized playing cards can feel small to some people, some prefer playing with the jumbo sized cards. These these are hard cards to but I can vouch for the quality of this product. Also these cards are a bit thin, it wouldn't hurt if copag manufactured these a bit thicker. Some people will tell you that they prefer Copag's when having to compare them to
Kem Playing Cards but that's almost like comparing a Mercedes to a BMW. Even though the Copag Cards are thinner than KEM Cards, they don't show the normal signs of warping they do.

Best Poker Sites is a relatively new site, but somebody certainly did their homework when they brainstormed it into existence. It's a fluid, user-friendly site that is very easy on the eyes. I really appreciated the sheer amount of information that was packed into the links. This site is educational, not one of those "come play here!" screaming advertisement page to promote affiliate links.
This site is run by four poker aficionados, and it shows. This team doesn't just play poker online. They play both online and live. They admin games, and write articles and books. They've been invested in poker for years, and their love of the game is stamped all over
BestPokerSites.org.
As to the site itself, I found the "Categories" section especially enjoyable. Most specifically, the "Poker Humor" category. (Note to webmasters: Need more comics!) The "Live Poker News" is well-written and informative, veritably fluff-free. Wandering through the article base reiterated the fact that this is a site by the pros, for the pros. However, somebody brand-new to online poker playing would also find the site to be easy to read, navigate, and understand.
I've often wondered how the people who run poker review sites decide which is best, and why. That information is supplied on the "Reviews" page. The site goes into greater detail, but basically they consider reputation (history), deposit bonus, what software the site implements, tournament traffic, ease of competition, deposit methods and support. Again, the knowledge and expertise of the staff is shared freely for our benefit.
The easiest way to navigate the site is by clicking on the "Sitemap" link (bottom, center). If you're a new player, your best bet before visiting any poker site is to just sit with this one, and start reading. My recommendation to you is that you grab a pen and paper. This site has a wealth of information, so you're going to want to take notes and refer back during game play. Knowledge is power, and BestPokerSites.org will not only aim you at the site that is the best fit for you, but help you win (or understand why you didn't) when you get there.
My first stop was the "Poker Games" tab, so I could see what specific game fit my mindset. With the incredible popularity of Texas Hold'em over the past decade or so, it's easy to just head in that direction, but do some research before you decide. Next, I stopped at the "Poker Strategy" section. What an eye-opener that was! Not only was strategy provided, but links to gambling strategy boards containing a wealth of information. Tools and applications are available as well, and some of them are free.
Make "Poker Toplists" your last stop before you dip tootsie in the online gaming pool. What are you looking for? Easy wins? Biggest pots? How about Mac compatible? BestPokerSites.org covers all the angles.
BestPokerSites.org was a total pleasure to review. This is one site that I'm going to come back to on a regular basis. Good luck in your online gaming endeavors.
